Adapt Now: UK arts leadership summit – 10 & 11 February 2021
A two-day virtual summit to give you the strategies and tools to rebuild better.
2021 will test arts leaders skills in ensuring their organisation’s rally and rebound. You will be considering adapting models, programmatic shifts, and ways to serve new and existing communities this year. All with reduced capacity and the hope of greater impact. Adapt Now is TRG Arts and Purple Seven’s new two-day virtual Arts Leadership Summit, designed for CEOs and Executive Directors to share strategies and tools to help you rebuild better.

This Summit will give you the space and structure to build your leadership plan for 2021. Together, we’ll use data, reflection, conversation and feedback to support your high-level, mission-centric, organisational vision.
The curriculum focuses on LEADERSHIP, defining what your organisation needs in 2021; RELATIONSHIPS, those you have that need to maintain, and those you’re committed to building; and MANAGING SCARCITY to build deeper connections with your audiences and community.
Key Outcomes:
- Build a step-by step plan to ensure your mission, key relationships and revenue requirements align in the year ahead. This process will allow you to pull up and see the big picture – its opportunities and pitfalls. You’ll reflect on your leadership to clearly define your priorities and your role in 2021 (and beyond).
- Equip you to be the leader your organisation needs in unprecedented times. Gain clarity, new skills and structure to support your leadership in a swiftly evolving sector.
- Networking and peer learning with other leaders from throughout the nation and working across the arts
This first UK Adapt Now event builds on a successful gathering in North America at the end of 2020:
